Background
We started in 2022 with a clear idea
Al Morooj Al Khadra for Flour and Feed Mills was founded in Qasr al-Akhyar to be a source the bakery and the farm can both rely on. We chose to build the company on a single rule: the specification is written and known, and delivery happens on time.
We run two parallel lines — milling wheat in its various grades, and manufacturing compound feed — serving bakeries, distributors, poultry producers and livestock farmers.

Quality
How quality is controlled in practice
Quality here is a chain of checkpoints. It starts before the grain comes in and ends after the bag is sealed.
- Incoming shipments are tested for grain cleanliness, moisture and impurities.
- Samples are drawn during the run and compared against the approved specification.
- Every batch is numbered and its record kept, so it can be traced if needed.
- Packing, weight and sealing are reviewed before the shipment leaves the store.
